The day before the 9/11 attacks, there was senate meeting, to address 2.3 trillion dollars that was unaccounted for, from the pentagon. In that meeting, Donald Rumsfeld, spoke out against outrageous spending from the DOD (Department of Defense).
On Sept. 10, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld said money wasted by the military poses a serious threat.
“In fact, it could be said it’s a matter of life and death,” he said.
Rumsfeld promised change but the next day – Sept. 11– the world changed and in the rush to engage in war on terrorism, 2.3 trillion dollars seems to have been forgotten.
In my investigations into the matter, I uncovered two things that made me believe this was more than just another case of stolen funds.
First thing I learned, was that Donald Rumfeld was attached to DARPA’s time travel progam, Project Pegasus. Andrew Basiago, who was a child participant in DARPA’s, Project Pegasus, has publicly stated how in 1971 he viewed moving images of the attack on the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001 that had been obtained from the future and brought back to the early 1970’s.
According to Mr. Basiago, Donald H. Rumsfeld, the sitting U.S. Secretary of Defense on September 11, 2001, was the defense attaché to Project Pegasus during the early 1970’s.
This eyewitness account that Secretary Rumsfeld and others knew about 9/11 decades in advance because data about it was gathered via DARPA’s secret time travel program unlocks several of the more enigmatic facts in the 9/11 literature and may be the key to society’s unraveling of the ultimate accountability for the false flag operation that took place on September 11, 2001.
The second, and final thing that caught my attention, was the most obvious to me. The amount that was missing, was 2.3 trillion dollars. The number 23, is a very esoteric code, with benevolent and malevolent energy. I believe that money, was put into Project Pegasus, perhaps even to pay for the information of 9/11 back in 1971. That kind of money, back then, would definitely help further their time travel experiments.
This is news that the media wants you to forget, but that will never happen here on thechrononautreport. I don’t forget. I remember…
